At KINETICRAFT, we are dedicated to helping you move comfortably and live pain-free. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase.
Please read our policy carefully below to understand your options, rights, and responsibilities regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
From the second you place an order, third-party payment processing fees and operational costs are immediately incurred. Therefore, the following rules apply to cancellations:
- Cancellation Request Window: If you need to cancel your order, please email us at kineticraft.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of placement.
- Before Shipment (5% Restocking Fee): If the order has not yet been prepped or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. This fee is strictly to cover the non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment merchants.
- After Shipment: Once an order has left our facility and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and initiate a standard return process.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, free of any wear and tear, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all return requests.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Quality-Related Issues (Damaged/Defective): If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not working as intended, KINETICRAFT will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.
- Non-Quality-Related Returns (Buyer's Remorse): If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To protect your return and ensure it is processed correctly, please follow these steps:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer support team at kineticraft.info@gmail.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item in its packaging.
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide you with the designated return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address on the original shipping label without prior approval, as we will not be able to track or refund it.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
- Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refund Timeline: While KINETICRAFT issues refunds instantly upon approval, please note that it may take 10–14 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the transaction to your account.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kineticraft.info@gmail.com. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
7. Warranty Coverage
For your peace of mind, all KINETICRAFT wellness products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty starting from the date of purchase.
- What is Covered: The warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and issues arising from normal, everyday use of the product.
- What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
